Privacy and cookies

Your choices stay in your hands.

This notice explains how the 210 Pediatrics website uses browser storage, anonymous first-party website measurement, and optional advertising cookies. Last updated August 10, 2026.

Essential storage

What the website needs to function.

Essential storage supports secure scheduling, temporary appointment holds, administrator authentication, payment handoff, remembering your cookie choice, and a temporary random session identifier used for anonymous first-party website counts.

Square processes payment information, and Spruce provides secure patient messaging. Their services are governed by their own privacy and security terms.

Anonymous website measurement

Useful traffic data without identifying visitors.

The website records limited first-party activity so 210 Pediatrics can understand how many people use the site, which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and whether common site actions are used. This includes a temporary random session identifier, page path, timestamp, coarse traffic-source category, broad device category, cookie-choice status, and generic action labels such as booking, secure-message, phone, or external-link clicks. Records are retained for up to 90 days.

Traffic sources are stored only as broad categories such as Google Ads, Google organic search, direct, Bing, social, or referral. Google click IDs, full referring URLs, search terms, query strings, and exact device fingerprints are not stored in the first-party dashboard.

The activity dashboard does not store a visitor name, email address, IP address, symptoms, diagnosis, clinical message, booking code, or other clinical information.

Optional advertising measurement

Google Ads remains your choice.

Google advertising storage and conversion measurement remain disabled unless you choose “Allow optional cookies.” Choosing “Essential only” does not enable Google Ads tracking.

When optional cookies are allowed, a completed paid appointment may be reported to Google Ads using the payment amount, currency, and an opaque transaction identifier. Personalized advertising and Google Analytics storage remain disabled.

Your control

Accept, reject, or change your mind.

Choosing essential cookies only does not prevent you from viewing the website, booking an appointment, making a payment, or using secure messaging.

You can reopen the cookie choices at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Clearing your browser storage may also reset your saved choice and cause the banner to appear again.
